Selection Process

Our selection process consists of 3 stages. All applicants compulsorily have to undergo all the 3 stages.

Aptitude Test

We have a 1 hour Aptitude Test, which evaluates the applicants on 3 parameters viz.

  • Logical Reasoning Skills
  • Mathematical Aptitude
  • Basic Verbal Ability
Interview with the Functional Specialist/(s)

This interview is conducted by the relevant Functional Specialist. For example, someone who wants to apply for Java opening might be interviewed by someone who is a Java specialist. A candidate also has an option of applying for multiple functions i.e. A candidate can apply for Java and SQL openings at the same time, in which case he would be interviewed by 2 Functional Specialists.

Interview with the CEO

This is the most important stage, where candidates would be evaluated not only on hard-core technical skills, but also on soft-skills like personality/culture-fit/motivation-levels/convincing power etc. by the CEO himself.

Development (Work Experience 0-3 years)

The person will be responsible for Software coding, Implementation of Software Products and Solutions, Testing, Customization, Integration of Software Products and Solutions, Training and Support, Troubleshooting etc. The technologies used are based on Java and .NET platforms.

Data Warehousing (Work Experience 0-3 years)

The candidate should possess a Good knowledge in SQL or Oracle database servers. Knowledge of business reporting tools like OLAP, BI tools etc. would be an added advantage. Also knowledge of user management, security, capacity management and related functions could provide an extra edge.

Application Support (Work Experience 0-3 years)

Application Support encompasses supporting ERP and Business Process Application. You will get total hands-on experience on some of the world's best applications.
